Recharging from a Different Location: If you top up your ad account from a country different from your usual location, Facebook might flag it as suspicious.
Using a VPN While Making Payments: A VPN alters your IP address, making it appear as though you're accessing your account from another region, which can trigger Facebook’s security system.
Using a Foreign Credit Card: If you use a credit card from a country that doesn’t match your account’s registered location, it may be perceived as fraudulent activity.
Frequent Payment Method Changes: Constantly switching payment methods can be seen as an attempt to bypass security measures, leading to restrictions.
Multiple People Making Payments at the Same Time: If multiple users try to process payments on the same account simultaneously, Facebook may interpret this as a security risk.
Facebook’s Internal Bug: Sometimes, the issue isn’t on your end but rather a glitch in Facebook’s system.
Visit the Facebook Business Help Center
Click on “Support” and select “Contact Support” or “Chat with a Representative.”
Clearly explain your situation, mentioning any recent changes to payment methods or locations.
Submit your request and provide any details requested by support.
Navigate to the Account Quality page.
Click “Request Review” to appeal your account’s status. If you don’t see this option, check the Billing page.
Submit any required documents to verify your identity and account legitimacy.
Provide a clear explanation of the issue and the steps you've taken to resolve it.
This process helps Facebook confirm that your activity is legitimate, preventing further issues.
Monitor Responses: Facebook’s reply might take time, so be patient and check for updates frequently.
Be Persistent: If the first response doesn’t resolve the issue, follow up after 48 hours.
Act Quickly: Delaying follow-ups may reduce your chances of recovering the account.
I’ve dealt with multiple disabled accounts. With consistent follow-ups, I managed to recover three accounts, but one remains disabled for over two months. Persistence is key—continue submitting support tickets and don’t lose hope.
